System Settings|Software&Updates
 remove "Software restricted by copyright or legal issues (multiverse)"
 |Updates| - Automatic check = Never.
 Notify me of a new Ubuntu version = Never.

Open Terminal and Clean things up

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get ugrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoremove

Brightness&Lock

- Lock = off.
- uncheck "require my password when waking from suspend"

User Accounts

- Add new user account "diyadmin" and make administrator.
- Enable account by adding a passwd.
- Change 'account type = standard' for diyuser, automatic login = ON.

Remove icons from SideBar Launcher.

Add applications and add icons to Launcher.
